Mrs. Stephanie Hardy
This will be my 19th year working in Education and my 16th year as a fifth-grade teacher. I have a Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education, and I have a reading and gifted endorsement. I am married to Chris and we have two children: Brett (29) and Emily (25). We also have a daughter-in-law, Katie (29) and a son-in-law, Taylor (29). My pride and joy are my two grandchildren, Carter (3) and Klara (1). My hobbies include hiking, reading, spending time with my family, and traveling. If you ask me what I love most about teaching, I would tell you working with children and the relationships that are built with the students and families. |

This will be my 8th year teaching and I am super excited to begin my second year at Euharlee Elementary. I have my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, and I am also certified to teach Middle Grades Math (4-8). I also have my Reading and Gifted Endorsement. My husband, Eric, and I have one daughter named Charlotte (6). My favorite thing to do is spend time with family. If you ask me what I love most about teaching, I would say that I love looking back and seeing the many impacts we as teachers make. These little moments and relationships go far beyond the skills we teach. |

Mrs. April West Hi! I have taught 4th grade for the last 7 years and this will be my first year in 5th grade. I’m very excited about this new adventure! I am 33 years young and have 2 children - Braxton (5th grade) and Abbey (pre-k). I grew up on a small family farm in White, GA and attended Pine Log Elementary, and Adairsville Middle/High. I have a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia and I have received my ESOL endorsement. This school year, I will be working towards my reading endorsement. Please know that my door is always open, so please reach out with any questions, concerns, or even suggestions. |

Ms. Catherine Hill I am so excited to be a part of the 5th grade team this year as an exceptional education teacher! This is my 7th year of teaching and my 2nd year at Euharlee Elementary School. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from UGA. From there, I worked for Disney World for four years. Then, I got my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. As a teacher, I have experience in both public and private school. I have a gifted endorsement and reading endorsement. I am also certified in Special Education and Middle Grades Math. I love singing, music, and reading. |

Mr. Matthew Schmidt Mr. Schmidt will be graduating from Kennesaw State University this fall with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. He will be completing a teaching internship in Mrs. Hardy’ room the first semester of the school year. Mr. Schmidt is from Savanah, GA. |
