MA Certification

To print your MA certificate or manage your credential, login to your account at www.nhanow.com. Your credential will expire in 2 years--you can access information on how to maintain your certification at www.nhanow.com.

 

CNA Certification
If you have completed the CNA program, and need to get your certification number for a job, follow the instructions below:

Go to https://tlc.dhh.la.gov/.

Make sure employee type is CNA (drop down box).

Input your social security number only and search.

 

A box with your certification number and information will appear at the bottom of the page. You will have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the information.

You will not receive a certification card, but will need the license number to get a job.

 

 

Replacement CPR Cards

If you lose your CPR card, you can contact Operation Lifesaver at 225-753-7716 to purchase a new card. You will need to provide the month and year of certification in order to get the new card.  I do not have access to CPR cards or information.
