STOCK MARKET GAME (SMG) FALL
No experience necessary. Come learn, compete with others around the nation, and have fun!
In The Stock Market Game (SMG), students work together to create and manage an investment portfolio of real world stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. Each team is responsible for researching and evaluating potential investments. Team members must also effectively come together on cooperative decisions on whether to buy, sell, or hold the stocks, funds, and bonds in the portfolio they have created.
Fall and Spring sessions will be offered.
FALL Session offers 11 sessions (an extra session is included in case of inclement weather) on Wednesdays AFTER school hours. Time: 3:45 - 4:45 pm
Dates: 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17

MATH COMPETITIONS
PLEASE NOTE SIXTH GRADE MATH CLUB WILL BE MEETING IN THE MORNING BEFORE SCHOOL THIS YEAR (5th grade will meet in the afternoon after school)
6TH GRADE MATH CLUB - Includes CML, MOEMS, and Practice sessioins
~ Take part in all five CML competitions.
~ Take part in all five MOEMS competitions.
~ Work collaboratively with peers to prepare for the competitions.
~ Learn and share strategies as you enrich your math skills.
Offered 20 sessions on Thursdays BEFORE school hours. Time: 8:10 - 9:10 AM
Dates: Every Thursday MORNING starting OCTOBER 23 and running through MARCH 26
