My name is Demetrise Charles. I am a Certified Math Teacher of Grades 6 - 12 with 31 years of successful teaching experience. This is my 20th year of teaching in St. John the Baptist Parish Schools, my 8th year working as an Instructional Leader, and my 3rd year as Master Teacher of GMMS. This year I will be coaching and supporting GMMS teachers in Kindergarten through 8th grade and supporting all GMMS students during instruction and intervention. I am very passionate about teaching and learning, and I will work hard to instill this love for learning in our teachers and students.
