for the 2024-2025 School Year

 

 

 

  The Precalculus Honors class is a rigorous course designed to prepare the serious student for AP Calculus. The course builds on the fundamentals of Algebra I and Algebra II, stressing the concept of the function, which is of paramount importance in advanced mathematics.

 

Students are expected to complete a good deal of homework which is assigned every night and which is collected on the day of our weekly assessment. For a complete description of the course requirements and grading policy, please see Classroom Policies and Procedures.

 

 I will work extremely hard to prepare the students for Calculus and I fully expect the same level of commitment from them. Throughout this course, we will have ample opportunities to use the Math Page PreCalculus website and I expect the students to visit this site regularly
