      The LLD Classroom

CLASSROOM RULES
1. Be respectful- this builds a safe learning environment where students feel comfortable and can focus on academics.
2. Be responsible- as soon to be adults, students will need to be responsible for their own work and behavior (rewards and consequences).
3. Be ready to learn- each day and every period we will be learning, so be ready and have a positive attitude about it.
4. Be a risk taker-  be active about your own education and put effort into your work (if you don't try you'll never know if you can do it).

ORGANIZATION
New spiral folders were ordered for the students and each subject has its own color code to help keep things organized.  Current material for all subjects will be kept in the folders and material that has been mastered will be filed into binders.  Each student has their own binder and it will be a collection of their hard work and effort by the end of the year.  Composition notebooks, with divided sections, will be used to take notes and examples for each subject.  Also, students have take home folders for Ny information that needs to be shared with parents/guardians.

COMMUNITY TRIPS *This is for Life Skills students ONLY- a trip list will be going home*
