The essential role of the Math Leader is to support the instructional staff with improving mathematics instructional practices.  This is accomplished through:

• On-going support, coaching and modeling focusing on the skills necessary for improving mathematics instruction and student learning
• Reviewing, discussing and analyzing data to continuously modify the instructional program
• Provide professional learning opportunities to enhance mathematics instruction and student learning
