1. POSTER: chose a scientist or a disease that is part of the communicable disease unit and highlight:

a. the scientist

b. the disease or problem

c. the discovery

d. the status of this disease today

 

 

Extra Credit:  "ZINE" create your own vocabulary magazine with 75 words. You can use pictures, drawings, timelines, cartoons,sketchnoting to show relationships among the words.  This is HOMEWORK. Not a class assignment.

 

 

 

12th Grade Health: DUE on December 1, 2022. WORLD AIDS DAY

 

POSTER:  Your project for the unit on STI's, will be the contruction of a booklet to help underclassmen ages 14-17 understand the risks of STI. FOCUS will be on HIV and WORLD AIDS DAY

 

The POSTER must follow the SIPP formula:

1. Slogan - catchy title

2. Information - 4 bullets of information

3. Picture or graphic that supports your slogan

4. Point- what is the "take-away" from your poster?  Why is the information important and what impact will it have on a person who may encounter this disease.
