My name is Mrs.Tsakiris.
I am the Special Education Teacher
servicing 3rd and 4th grade Leap Students.
I've been teaching in the district for 27 years!
I provide direct instruction in the areas of
Language Arts and Mathematics
in a small group setting.
Students remain in the General Education classroom
for ALL other activities.
Assignments are modified as needed.
Para support is available throughout the entire day.
I'll push in 2 times each week for 20-minute blocks
to support students in Science and Social Studies.
Our classroom is a safe and nurturing place for
social, emotional and academic growth.
Our classroom goal is to provide a positive learning experience, encouraging
growth and progress as all students work on grade-level material.
Curriculum is modified as needed
for individualized success.
Effort and participation are part of the final grade.
All district-approved platforms can be accessed via CLASSLINK.

Wonder/WonderWorks, RazKids, ReadWorks,
IXL, Achieve 3,000, Savvas, Prodigy, Booklet
All programs support classroom learning.
