Dear parents and students,
Hello and welcome back! I look forward to meeting all and working together towards the
common goal of success! Together, we can make a difference and grow stronger as future
leaders! By exploring history, we expand our understanding of past events and learn how to
face the future!
If at any time there are concerns, parents and guardians may schedule a parent-teacher
conference during my 1st period. You may contact your child's guidance counselor to schedule
the meeting. At this meeting, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and express any
concerns. I look forward to meeting students and parents during this academic year. Together,
we can work to help your child achieve academic success. You may also email me
at [email protected] if there are any concerns. I am located in the main building,
room 204, during the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 7th periods.

Parent Portal (Memorial High School)
Parents and students are able to track and monitor their academic progress in real time as long as they have internet access and an email account. This new opportunity is called the Parent Portal. The ParentPortal gives parents and students access to real-time information from the teacher’s grade book, including attendance, grades, and detailed assignment descriptions. Parents and students who currently use this system love it. Rest assured that the information accessed through the Parent Portal is secure and strictly confidential. If you have not already subscribed to the Parent Portal and would like to obtain access, you must go to the school to pick up your respective Access ID Number and Access Password. Students will be given their access credentials at school.

¡Hola y bienvenido de nuevo! Espero reunirme con todos y trabajar juntos hacia la
objetivo común de éxito! Juntos podemos marcar la diferencia y fortalecernos como
futuros líderes!
Al explorar la historia, ampliamos nuestra comprensión de los eventos pasados y aprendemos a
enfrentar el futuro. Si en algún momento hay inquietudes, los padres y tutores pueden
programar una reunión de padres y maestros conferencia durante mi primer período.
Puede comunicarse con el consejero de orientación de su hijo para programar la reunión.
En esta reunión, podrá hace cualquier pregunta y expresar cualquier inquietud.

Los padres y estudiantes ahora tienen la habilidad de estar al tanto y vigilar el progreso académico en tiempo real siempre y cuando tengan acceso a internet y tengan correo electrónico. Esta nueva oportunidad se llamaParent Portal. El Parent Portal le da a los padres y estudiantes acceso a la información del libro de notas del maestro en tiempo real, donde podrán inspeccionar asistencia, notas, y descripción detallada de las tareas.Los padres y estudiantes que actualmente están utilizando este sistema les gusta mucho. Tenga la seguridad que la información a la que se obtiene acceso atravez del Parent Portal es segura y estrictamente confidencial.Si usted no se ha subscrito al Parent Portal y quisiera obtener acceso, usted debe ir a la escuela de su hijo/a y solicitar su respectivo Acceso al Numero de Identificación y Contraseña. Grades 1-12 require a letter grade for all subjects, including Specials and Gifted and Talented. The following legend outlines the letter grades with their corresponding numerical value:
