Workout Circuit- Perform the circuit 2 times/ 12 reps each time per workout - List of exercises plus videos with the correct mechanics.

 

Mile walk-  If you choose to perform the 1 mile walk instead of the circuit that is fine, however please try to improve your time by 15-20 seconds every week.  Everyone should be able to finish a mile walk in 25 minutes or less.
