My name is Kerry Jameson and I am a math teacher at Memorial High School. I am a graduate of New Jersey City University, having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, and a Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Saint Peter’s University. This academic year, 2026 - 2027, is the start of my twenty-seventh year as a teacher at MHS.
As my student, you can expect to be educated, challenged, and greeted with a smile. I expect students to:
- BE ON TIME
- BE PREPARED
- FOLLOW SCHOOL POLICIES
Students' grades will be based on, but not limited to:
- assessments (tests, quizzes - higher percentages of grade)
- classwork (assignments will be given weekly/daily and need to be submitted for completion)
- class participation
- projects (when applicable)
- extra credit/zeros/miscellaneous
Percentages are subject to change at any time, which is why they are not posted. You can always expect tests to be the highest percentage, followed by quizzes, concept checks, classwork, and class participation.

I am looking forward to another great year. We will face some challenges along the way, but if you work hard and do your best, we will get through them - this is my promise to you.
