Greetings,

                               Objectives:

                  The students will cover the following information :

 

 1. The student will be able to develop positive values, make changes and meet challenges in Life

   and Career Exploration.

 2. The student will be able to select, store, measure, prepare and serve foods while preserving

     nutrients, flavors, color and texture.                                                                          

 3. The student will be able to explore a range of fibers, fabrics and finishes.

 4. The student will be able to use a pattern catalog and a pattern along with correct terminology

 5. The student will be able to identify the parts of a Sewing Machine.

                                                           

                                                                                           

The students will be responsible for other projects assigned by the teacher throughout the year.
