We all get sick from time to time.  There are ways that we can prevent the spread of infection to others.

Washing our hands properly is a great way to start.

1.   Use warm running water and soap to work up a good lather.

2.  Wash your palms, back of hands, fingers, wrists, and under

     fingernails.

3.  It takes 20 seconds for a proper wash.  Sing your ABC's.

If you have the urge to sneeze, sneeze into a kleenex, or the upper part of your sleeve.

Do not sneeze or cough into your hands.  If you do, be sure to wash them immediately afterwards.
