In advance, I would like to highlight an important area of focus for all ELA courses: communication. Every student is encouraged and supported to reach out and share their needs, concerns, or questions they have with me. It is essential to the learning process that students have access to open, honest, and clear dialogue. Communication, autonomy, and personal advocacy are topics and concepts that will be discussed further in detail during the opening weeks of school.
