Classroom Management Plan for 4^th Grade

 

Classroom Rules:

 

1. Follow directions the first time given.
2. One quiet voice at a time.
3. Keep all body parts and objects to yourself.
4. Be prepared and ready to learn.
5. Work and play safely.
6. Respect yourself, your classmates, your school, and all adults.

 

 

*Color-coded School Wide Behavior Plan:

 

Green - Ready to work

 

   After verbal warning ....

 

Yellow Warning - Conference with student & restate behavioral expectations

 

Orange - Classroom Detention Assignment

 

Red - Phone call home to parent/guardian to explain the behavioral problem & the discipline consequence(s) - conversation documented with Red Note

 

Blue - Official Office Referral Student Write Up (Attach Red Note to Official Referral documenting past contact with parent) & loss of recess – detention work in office.

 

Black - Suspension/Paddling

 

 

        ***Severe classroom disturbance or misbehavior will result in IMMEDIATE referral to the office.
