 ALL ABOUT ME:

 

 

 

  • I have been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 29 years.

 

  • I graduated from Southeastern with a bachelor's degree in English Education.  I earned my Master's in Educational Leadership in 2019.

 

  • I have been teaching for 29 1/2 years.  I have been at Walker since 2006.  Previously, I taught at Ponchatoula High for 13 years.  I also taught one semester at Hammond Junior High.

 

  • I have two children and two grandchildren.      

 

  • I LOVE to read.  My favorite books are the Harry Potter series, the Hunger Games trilogy,  the Left Behind series, Gone with the Wind, North and South, all VC Andrews books, all Jodi Picoult books, all James Patterson books, and all Colleen Hoover books.

 

  • My favorite color is purple, but both schools I have taught at have green as their color (which is my least favorite).
 
  • I LOVE the LSU Tigers!!
