I went to high school here at WFHS and graduated in 1997.  I then went to Louisiana Tech University where I received my Bachelor's of Science degree in Fitness/Wellness.  After graduating I moved back to St. Francisville where I began taking classes at LSU to receive my teaching certificate.  In 2004 I became certified to teach grades 1 - 8.  This is my 15th year of teaching and my 12th year teaching at WFMS.

I married my high school boyfriend, Waylan in November of 2000.  We have four children; Madison-15, Parker-11, Preston-8, and Phillip-5. I have always been a very active person.  I love to participate in sports, like co-ed softball and tennis.  I have been a cheerleader since a young child and I'm very happy to be the cheerleader sponsor here at the middle school.  I enjoy watching my children cheer, play soccer, baseball, and flag football.
