Consequences

 

1st Violation:  Verbal warning

 

2nd Violation:  Conference with the student

 

3rd Violation:  Parent contact - phone/conference

 

4th Violation:  Teacher detention

 

5th Violation:  Grade level office will be notified of the behavior
