Sometimes we run into technical difficulty when using Canvas. Here are some tips in case you run into one of these common problems.
If you get kicked out of Canvas or have trouble submitting assignments:
--make sure that you are connected to the internet
--use your tech number and password to log back in
--make sure that no one else is logged in to Google on your iPad
--use your school-issued email address (NOT your personal email address)
--use Chrome as your browser
--do not use a private browser setting (no incognito tabs)
--use the website instead of the app (liberty.instructure.com)
***REMEMBER: When searching for the school enter Liberty County--Bradwell will not come up in the search***
