Please be sure to be prepared for class with sneakers on your Gym Day. Boots and shoes are not acceptable for Class. If you wear shoes or boots to school, just bring your sneakers in a bag and change them when you have Class.

Here are some pics and descriptions of some of the Exercises we do in Class:
Side Bridge:
Burpees:
Squat:
Crunches:
Jump Tucks: Stand up straight with arms out in front of you. Jump, bring your thighs to your hands and slap.
Mountain Climbers: Get in Pushup Position. Have one leg bent, with your foot underneath you, and the other leg straight. Switch 20 times.
Zig Zag Jumps: Stand with feet together. Jump side to side 20 times.
Wall Sit: Make sure your back and shoulders touch the wall and don’t lean forward.
6 Inches: Lie down on your back. Lift up both legs only 6 inches from the floor. Lower slowly.
Crunches - only sit up a little bit.
Situps - sit all the way up.
Superman: Lie on stomach. Lift up arms and legs - keep them straight - and hold it.
