This year I am going to give tests and quizzes. I will assign classwork and projects. All work that is assigned will count and be given grades. Students will work with pencil and paper to complete many assignments, as well as use their chromebooks to complete others! Tests and quizzes will be, mostly, pencil and paper. Homework will be given occasionally, and will always be counted as well.
Grades can be calculated this way:
Classwork: 1/3 (If you don't participate in an activity, or do not complete assignments, this is the grade that gets affected. Homework assignments would be counted in this section, unless specifically noted for a particular assignment)
Quizzes: 1/3 If you are absent for a quiz, you must make it up.
Tests: 1/3 If you are absent for a test, you must make it up.
