This year you will be learning math through engaging meaningful problems that will allow you to value mathematics and be confident in your ability to use math.
My goal as a teacher is to help all students find value in learning and realize the rewards of achieving their full potential. I will set high expectations of my students while maintaining a high level of respect and equality. The math program encourages cooperative learning, problem solving, and inquiry. Students will be given opportunities to work both independently and with their classmates.
