Welcome to my website! My name is Allison Bernard Hull and this is my 18th year in the Livingston Parish School System. I graduated from Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts in 1995, attended Louisiana State University for baccalaureate studies, and completed a Master's Degree in Education Leadership while at Southeastern Louisiana University. I also have +30 graduate credit hours. I am certified in middle school English Language Arts and special education, both mild/moderate and significant disabilities.
I live in Watson with my husband, Jason, and our twin boys. They are a joy and certainly keep us busy! I am thankful each day for the life I have been given.
One of my favorite hobbies is reading great books. I have very eclectic taste in literature, so you might catch me reading all sorts of things. However, my all-time favorite book is Night by Elie Weisel. I also loved the debut novel from Leif Enger, Peace Like a River. In the young adult genre, I love the Harry Potter series, The Hunger Games and Divergent trilogies, and The Testing trilogy. I enjoyed reading Looking for Alaska, The Selection books, and If I Stay. Recently in the historical fiction genre, I finished The Outlander series and loved it! I also loved the Game of Thrones books and the All Souls trilogy by Deborah Harkness.
