Kindergarten and 1st grade "Let's Paint" Party is Friday, May 15th. Please send an old t-shirt for your child to wear over their uniform.

Please check your child's folder every night. All homework should be completed and returned.
Letters and Sounds for the week : Reviewing all letters, digraphs, and letter sounds we have learned this year
Introduction to CVCe words such as "make, five, Pete, hope, tune"
We will continue to practice and assess identification and reading of CVC, CVCC, CCVCC irregular, and high frequency words individually and within sentences.
Math-
- Read and review the Math Family letter.
- Review work we completed in class on addition and subtraction story problems to 10
- Review teen numbers
- Review addition and subtraction facts to 5 fluently
- Practice writing numbers from 1-20, orally counting from 1 to 100, and count by 10's to 100.
- Practice identifying a penny, nickel, dime, and quarter along with their values.
