Art II
Welcome back to art class! We are going to have a great year.
You will be able to:
* define and demonstrate the Principles of Design
* develop drawing skills, including still life and the figure
* explore various media such as pen and ink, colored pencil, and crafts
* create a stylized motif with a design from nature
* learn the art critiquing process in viewing amd understanding masterworks
In addition to continuing to hone drawing skills, we will also have projects that include Pop Art, Surrealism, and murals.
Supplies needed:
! spiral sketchbook, 8 1/2 X 11
! package of #2 pencils
! two rolls of paper towels
! two pieces of white poster board
