I'm Jacqueline Blackman. I was born and raised here in Monroe, La. I have a Masters' Degree in Elementary Education. This is my 15th year teaching in Monroe City Schools. I've always had a passion for working with children and I'm looking forward to working with you and your child this school year.My main goal is to continue keeping up with the changing world, so that I can provide my students with the most essential skills necessary, to be successful citizens.I truly believe there is no such thing is a child who can't learn. It may be that the child has not learned what you intended for them, but there's something learned from every experience in life.
