In Lexington Elementary School's PreK and Kindergarten Self-Contained Class, Ms. Hearne, Ms. Jackie and Ms. Abram work together to help children with special needs meet their IEP goals and objectives. This is accomplished by working individually with children on various math, reading, self-help and social/emotional skills as documented in each child's Individualized Education Plan. Students also work on reading and math curriculum activities through Unique Learning System.
