Dear Students,
    My name is Ms. Ryes and I am your ELA teacher.  I have been teaching for thirty-four years.  I love my job which is to help you learn.  I also enjoy cooking, baking and gardening.
    I care about you and I am going to do everything in my power to help you succeed.  I want you to be successful in my class.  I am looking forward to the year ahead and I want you to feel good about it too.  I am looking forward to having you in my class.  If you have any problems with any assignments or projects please feel free to let me know.
