I’m proud as a peacock to teach the B’YON Gifted Enrichment Class for grades K-12 the Ponchatoula area! I sponsor the Martha Vinyard Jr. Beta Club and serve as the LA Jr Beta District 9 Sponsor and the LA Elementary State Sponsor-Elect! I also serve as Director of southeast Louisiana's Royal Family Kids Camp, Chairman of the Queen’s Committee for Krewe of Erin in Ponchatoula, and an active member of The Harbor Church in Hammond.
I absolutely love my job! I teach the B'YON class. It stands for Broadening Youth's Opportunities Now! The challenge of having academically gifted students from various grade levels throughout the week ensures that I never have a dull day! It's also wonderful to teach students year after year because I get to watch them grow up.
I live by the Beta Motto: “Let Us Lead by Serving Others,” and my personal mission is to spread joy through laughter, love, & learning. Join me!!!!
