We will read The Whipping Boy by Sid Fleischman and a series of related literary and informational texts to explore the question: What was life like in Medieval Europe living under the Feudal System? We will express our understanding by writing a literary analysis about how the relationship between Prince Brat and Jemmy develops and changes over time to reveal the theme of the novel.
