Hello Parents,

 

My name is Mrs. Kennedy, and I am the 6th Grade Math & Science teacher at Carver. This is my sixth year teaching. I graduated from ULM in December 2020 with my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and my certification in May 2024, and I am certified to teach grades 6-12. 

 

I am married to my husband of five years, and we have a beautiful daughter named Riley. I enjoy family, and most of all, shaping the young minds of the future. I have always wanted to be a teacher, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to teach your child. Each day in the classroom is a blessing for me. 

 

Some of my favorite hobbies include cooking, reading, making daily trips to Seventh Square or 7Brew, and going to church.
