Discipline Plan & Conduct

Conduct will go home weekly in their test paper folder. Please review and discuss behavior with your student.

 

Classroom Rules:

There are three basic rules to follow at Parks Primary:

...Be respectful of yourself and others

...Be responsible for your work and actions.

...Be safe at all times on school premises and bus.

 

Consquences:

Students will first get a warning then if behavior persists the following will happen: 

Conduct lowered to a “B”
Conduct lowered to a “C”, conference with student and write rules for recess (5-10 min)
Conduct lowered to a “D”, conference with student and write rules for recess (10-15 min)
Conduct lowered to an “F”, phone/email to parent about the infraction, loss of recess, a behavior intervention form will be sent home. In the case of a severe disturbance, Principal/Assistant Principal will be called in, and consequences will be implemented in accordance with parish policy.
