Dear Students and Families,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! My name is Mrs. Saddler, and I am excited to begin my second year at Elsinboro School as the K–5 Special Education Teacher. Throughout my educational career, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including Paraprofessional, General Education Teacher, and Interventionist. These experiences have strengthened my passion for supporting students with diverse academic and learning needs across multiple grade levels.
I am dedicated to creating an inclusive, supportive, and student-centered learning environment where all children feel valued, respected, and capable of success. I strongly believe in the power of a growth mindset and strive to help students understand that they are not defined by their challenges, but by their strengths, perseverance, and potential.
One of my greatest priorities as an educator is teaching students how to become organized, independent learners who take accountability for their own educational experience. I believe that helping students develop responsibility, self-advocacy skills, and confidence in their abilities prepares them not only for academic success, but for lifelong success as well.
I am deeply committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning. Through my graduate studies in Inclusive Education, I have expanded my understanding of differentiated instruction, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), collaborative teaching practices, and equitable access to learning for all students. I believe every child deserves meaningful opportunities to learn in an environment that promotes inclusion, encouragement, and high expectations.
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, please remember that back-to-school supply lists can be found on your child’s General Education teacher’s webpage. Any additional resources or materials needed outside of the general classroom supply list will be provided.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. I look forward to working together to help each student grow academically, socially, and emotionally throughout the 2026–2027 school year. I am excited to provide services and support to our students and families, and I look forward to a successful school year ahead.
Enjoy the summer and see you soon!
Kindly,
Mrs. Saddler
