Welcome to my Page! 

 

I am very excited to be a part of the Wildcat family! This is my 18th year in education after leaving my corporate career in executive healthcare management. And just as I was very anxious about my new journey then, even after all these years later, I am still very excited each year--especially at the beginning of the school year--to meet my students and parents.

 

In my English and Reading classes, we will have fun but we will work hard, too! We will engage in interactive learning where students take on roles & responsibilities. Sometimes you are the leader of your group, and sometimes you are the Notetaker or Scribe, or the one to explain the lesson to your peer buddy. In Dr. Minifield's class we support each other and NO ONE is left behind.

 

So let's have a great year and celebrate our achievements as we learn and grow together.
