A Little About Me

 

 

 

 

         Hello! My name is Mrs. Hirst, and I am very excited to be your child's preschool teacher! I graduated from Rowan University in 2001. I began working at South Harrison in 2004 as a substitute teacher. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in preschool as both an aide and a long-term substitute teacher, which helped me discover my passion for early childhood education. I’m now looking forward to my first full year as a preschool teacher and can’t wait for all the fun and learning ahead!
      My husband and I live in Pilesgrove with our youngest son, Aaron, and our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Harley. Our oldest son, Andrew, is currently a junior at Colorado School of Mines. I love spending time with my family, especially in the mountains.  We enjoy eating out, watching the Eagles, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
