Hello Kindergarten Families!
My name is Mrs. Barry, and I am excited to welcome you to our Kindergarten family! This is my 12th year teaching and my third year at Truman Elementary School. I look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, friendships, and fun.

At Orientation, you will receive a Welcome Folder with important information, including your child’s dismissal tag. Please attach the tag to your child’s backpack.
First Day of School
📅 Friday, September 4, 2026
Please send your child with:
- A labeled water bottle
- A healthy snack packed separately from lunch
- A complete change of clothes in a labeled Ziploc bag
School supplies are due by Tuesday, September 8, 2026. The supply list will be included in your Welcome Folder and is also posted below.
