Welcome to Basic Skills/Leveled Literacy Instruction!
Welcome to another new school year! I am thrilled to be providing literacy
support for students in fourth, fifth, and sixth grade! My goal is to provide
your child with the tools and support needed to become a strong,
independent reader and writer. In order to achieve this goal,
my team and I will be utilizing the Fountas and Pinnell "Leveled Literacy Intervention" program and the Independent Reading Level Assessment (IRLA) benchmark system.
I look forward to helping your child succeed!
