Hello!
My name is Mr. Sacks, and I will be the math teacher in your child's 4th grade class this year. I am looking forward to helping them achieve their academic goals this year. I want to take this opportunity to share a little bit about myself. I am a fourth-year teacher at PWC and graduated from Rowan University with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education in May of 2023. I am currently getting my Master's Degree from Wilmington University. I student-taught 1st grade at Field Street Elementary during the 2022-2023 school year. I am a huge sports fan (all the Philadelphia teams) and love using sports to make classroom activities fun and engaging for the students. My goal in our classroom is for the students to feel safe, secure, and welcomed in the classroom because it allows for a successful learning environment. I think one of the most important parts of education is getting to know our students and providing them with what they need. I want you to know that if you have any questions at all this year, please do not hesitate to ask.
