My Previous 32 Years of Experience in Education

 

2 Years: Mathematics and English Language Arts teacher at St. John Alternative Program in St. John the Baptist Parish.

 

4 Years: Science Teacher at the Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology Academy in Jefferson Parish. Taught Dual-Enrollment Courses in Physical Geology through the University of New Orleans College of Sciences, Human Anatomy and Physiology, Physical Science, and 6th Grade Science.

 

3 Years: Taught all mathematics courses for Grades 6 through 12 at the Eual J. Landry Alternative Programs Center in St. Charles Parish.

 

11 Years: College instructor at ITT Technical Institute. Taught courses in College Mathematics, Problem Solving Theory, Statistics, Physics, Environmental Science, Survey of the Sciences, Introduction to Personal Computers, Civil Drafting and Introduction to Geographic Information Systems, 3D Civil Drafting, Strategies for the Technical Professional, Materials and Processes in Manufacturing and Design, Work Measurements, and Sustainability in Design.

 

9 Years: Environmental training professional and consultant for Hall-Kimbrell Environmental Services, Inc., Louisiana State University, the National Asbestos Council, and Lanier and Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. Provided professional training services throughout the USA to inspectors, project designers (architects and engineers), industrial hygienists, military bases, management planners, contractors, abatement workers, facilities managers, and maintenance personnel.

 

3 Years: Graduate teaching assistant in Geology at the University of Missouri at Columbia.
