    • Exit Tickets = 30%

      • Exit Tickets will be graded using the following scale:

        • 0 = 70 = Student demonstrates no understanding of skill/concept/standard

        • 1 = 80 = Student demonstrates little understand of skill/concept/standard

        • 2 = 90 = Student demonstrates majority understanding of the skill/concept/standard

        • 3 = 100 = Student demonstrates full understanding of skill/concept/standard

        • Exit Tickets will be given for every lesson and a grade will be entered into the gradebook for each one or as a weekly average. 

    • Assessments = 30%

      • All interim assessments in LinkIt are required.

      • Teachers can administer other assessments as needed based on their professional judgment.

      • Assessments are graded for accuracy and entered into the gradebook individually.

    • Participation = 40%

      • All other work will be encompassed into a weekly Participation grade.

      • Teachers will enter one Participation grade per week into the gradebook.

      • Zearn, Reflex, Fluency, Problem Sets

 

  • Language Arts (No grades will be given before mid-marking period for the first quarter.)

    • Reading 30%
    • Independent Writing 30%
      • Writer’s Notebook/Written responses to research questions
    • Engagement 40%
      • Engaged reading and participation in class discussions

 

  • Science/Social Studies 

    • Participation

    • Exit Tickets
