Greetings! My name is Shaina Williams. It is my honor to introduce myself as the 5th grade ELA teacher for the 2023- 2024 school year. I’m looking forward to an awesome year teaching your children. I am asking that you prepare for an exciting and engaging school year.
I am hoping to partner with parents to make the learning process as smooth as possible for our students. Fifth Grade is a big transition for students since it marks the beginning of their middle school journey. Collaboration and communication between teachers and families will by vital to ensure the success of this transition.
We ask that you guide and support your child’s learning by ensuring that he/she do the following:
