Welcome to 1st Grade! My name is Laterrica Jackson and I am honored to be your child’s Knowledge, Science and Social Studies teacher. This is my 1st year as an educator, and I so elated to be a part of The Minnie Ruffin Family. I realize that teaching your child is a privilege, and not just a job. It is a huge responsibility. I promise to encourage and create a positive and safe environment so that your children can learn. First grade is a year full of adventure.
