Dear 3rd graders and families,

 

Welcome to 3rd grade! I am thrilled to start the school year and meet all of you! This will be my 15th year teaching, my 4th year in Hopewell Valley, and my first year at Hopewell Elementary School! Third grade is a big adventure, and I’m thrilled for all the fun, growth, and discoveries we’ll experience together this year! Open these slides to learn more about me! 

 

I have been busy working in our classroom, preparing for our wonderful year together. Most of your supplies have already been ordered & prepared for you, but I have added a few additional items below. On the first day of school, please bring:

 

• a backpack & a reusable water bottle

• a healthy snack for the afternoon...NUT FREE, please!

• a pair of comfortable wired headphones that will stay in the classroom

 

We are going to have a great year together building our classroom community, learning new things, and having fun! Bring your smiles and excitement with you on the first day!

 

I hope to see you at our Open House on Tuesday, August 26th! Our classroom is room C205. Enjoy the rest of your summer–I can’t wait to meet you!
