Dear 3rd Grader and Family,

 

I hope you are enjoying your summer and getting ready for an amazing school year ahead. I have been very busy working in our classroom, preparing for our wonderful year together. We will be learning many new things, making new friends, and having lots of fun! I am so excited to be starting my thirteenth year teaching and my second year at Toll Gate!

 

Most of your supplies have already been prepared for you, but I have added a few additional items below. On the first day of school, please bring:

• your backpack with a reusable water bottle

• a healthy snack...NUT FREE, please!

• a pair of headphones (these will be kept at school and used throughout the year)

• a souvenir from something you did this summer. (This can be a photograph, postcard, drawing, or any treasure from a summer activity!)

• a BIG SMILE for your teacher!
  
  

We are going to have a great year together building our classroom community, learning new things, and having fun! Bring your smiles and excitement with you on September 7th!
