Dear 3rd graders and families,

 

Welcome to 3rd grade! We have been busy working in our classroom, preparing for our wonderful year together. In order to help the year run smoothly, included are some items of business to help prepare you for our year in 3CD with Mrs. Currie and Mrs. Davies!

 

We are looking forward to getting to know all of you. Open these slides to learn more about your two teachers!

 

Most of your supplies have already been prepared for you, but we have added a few additional items below. On the first day of school, please bring:

• a backpack & a reusable water bottle

• a healthy snack for the afternoon...NUT FREE, please!

• a pair of comfortable headphones that will stay in the classroom

• a few pictures and/or magnets to put in your locker (optional)

• a souvenir or two from something you did this summer. (This can be a photograph, postcard, drawing, or any treasure from a summer activity!)

 

If you are able, we kindly ask for donations of Clorox/Lysol wipes and Wet Wipes for our classroom. These are greatly appreciated since we do not have a sink in our classroom and will use them daily after snack. TIA!

 

We will use a Google Photo Album to share pictures of your fantastic 3rd graders throughout the school year. Stay tuned for the link to join!

 

We are going to have a great year together building our classroom community, learning new things, and having fun! Bring your smiles and excitement with you on the first day!
