Welcome Tiger families! My name is Erica Smith and I am the 3rd-6th Grade Resource Teacher. I look forward to building strong relationships, and helping each child grow to reach their full potential.
As a Resource teacher I am here to provide extra support, reteach concepts, build skills, and help students gain confidence.I believe in strongcommunication between home and school is essential and beneficial to having a successful year. I will use this website to update you with announcements and other helpful information that may be given out throughout the school year. I look forward to helping your child grow academically, socially, and emotionally this year.
My teaching philosophy is based on the idea that all students can learn. I believe with the help of the teachers, parents and the studets hardwork together we can succeed and reach the students ful potential. Everyone does not learn the same therefore they will not all recieve the information the same way. My goal is remove barriers, build confidence, and empower students to become independent, successful, and lifelong learners.My
