Week of January 27, 2025:  

 

 

Reading/ELA:  We will continue working on our new unit based on The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.  Review theme, comparing/contrasting, point of view, and vocabulary.

 

An assessment on these skills will be given Friday, January 30th.

 

 

Social Studies: This week we will be discussing Civilizations in North America, specifically the indigenous people of the Northeast. Students will read and participate in discussions about the Indigenous Plains Civilizations including geography, agriculture, housing, clothing, government, trade/economics, and religion/customs.
