Week of March 10, 2026:  

 

 

Reading/ELA:  We will begin our new unit on Shutting Out the Sky.

 

 

 

Social Studies: This week we will be discussing the Renissance and Reformation.  Students will examine the Renaissance and how this period of rebirth was defined by an increased interest in the arts, as well as the reformation of ideals, a scientific revolution and innovation.  Students will learn about the influence of this period, including geography and key figures that transformed Italy and the world at this time.
