My name is Mrs. HUBBARD-Kelly, and I am the 5th grade SCIENCE and SOCIAL STUDIES teacher here at MINNIE RUFFIN.  Our theme for this school year is GAME ON! EVERY PLAY COUNTS! Every lesson, every opportunity, every student, and every decision. With that being said, our game plan is success and growth. I understand that success is not about being perfect.
