My Name is Erika Garcia and I am so excited to be returning to the Burch Charter School family. This will be my 2nd year at Burch and my 6th year working in education. I’m eager to see all of our 3rd grade scholars grow and develop throughout the year. Prior to moving to New Jersey, I lived in Florida where I graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a focus on Special Education.
