Welcome to Ms. Bell’s classroom at Carroll High School! I am a proud Carroll High School alumna, and I am excited to serve the school and community that helped shape me.

I teach World Geography, African American Studies, and Customer Service and Entrepreneurship. In World Geography, students explore people, places, cultures, environments, and global connections, with special attention given to the diverse countries and regions of Africa. In African American Studies, students investigate the history, culture, experiences, contributions, and continued influence of African Americans. In Customer Service and Entrepreneurship, students develop communication, professionalism, leadership, problem solving, financial literacy, and business skills that can prepare them for college, careers, and future business opportunities.

My classroom is a place where students are encouraged to ask meaningful questions, examine evidence, think critically, express themselves, and connect what they learn to their own lives. My goal is to create a structured, respectful, and engaging learning environment where every student feels seen, challenged, supported, and capable of success.

We do more than memorize information. We investigate, create, communicate, collaborate, and prepare for the future. I look forward to an exciting and productive school year at Carroll High School!
