Dear Parents and Guardians:

 

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at WSJE!  I am excited to to welcome you and your child to our ESS Alternate Assessment classroom. My name is Ms. Phyllis Gros-Charles, I will be your child’s teacher this year along with my Teaching Assistants, Ms. Tyrania Sorapuru and Ms. Louise Jones. We are so excited to begin another wonderful year of learning, growth, and success with you and your amzing child. 

 

This year's  school theme "BUILDING OUR FUTURE," reminds us that every new skill, every achievement, and every milestone helps build a strong foundation for your child's future. Our classroom is a safe, supportive environment where each student is encouraged to learn, grow, and reach their individual goals through meaningful, hands-on instruction.
